RESIDENTIAL UNIT DETAILS
This Interface allows the User to enter all details pertaining to the Residential/Commercial Unit being leased out.
The Interface can record the Master Unit (For Ex. Building) and then store related details like Floor, Number of Apartments in each Floor, Area and other Interiors’ information.
The details also covers the Water, Electricity Meter details in addition to storing different rent charges based upon the amenities provided.
RENTAL AGREEMENT DETAILS
The entire Rental Agreement Details can be entered and tracked from this interface.
It allows you to generate alerts well in advance to the expiry of the Rent Agreement as well as keep track of the Total Instalments of Rent to be paid.
RENTAL RECEIPTS
This option allows the User to store all details with regards to the Rent Payment for a particular agreement.
The Post Dated Cheques can be stored in advance and then selected against respective monthly payments for up-to-date records.
It can also give detailed Receipt History of each Agreement along with modes of Payment, Payment Dates and corresponding Invoice Numbers for complete cross verification of information.
