VEHICLE CLASSIFICATION
You can record and multiple Classes of Vehicles like Bus, Car, Chiller, Delivery Van. This will help in identifying and recording core data related to each as well as for further Reporting purposes.
The above Vehicle Class Type can be further sub divided into Vehicle Brand andModles. This will help in nested data storage as well as in depth analysis.
VEHICLE MASTER DETAILS/LEASE DETAILS
This Interface allows the User to enter all Vehicle related details.
The Vehicle could be Company-Owned or rented from a Vehicle Lease Company. In case of Leased Vehicles, the details of the Lease Contract including their currently valid Lease Agreement details can be stored.
The Lease Details can also store multiple vehicles being leased under the same Agreement.
VEHICLE TRANSFER/STATUS DETAILS
You can keep track of the Vehicle’s condition in great detail through these interfaces. The exact status of each component of the vehicle can be recorded over here by date.
The Damages could be marked separately against each component with details on how the damage occurred.
The Vehicle Transfer History detailing the From and To Location as well as the responsible staff name can be stored during each Transfer Process. This could later be reproduced on a detailed report showing the Transfer History of the vehicle.
VEHICLE INSURANCE DETAILS AND TRACKING
This Interface allows the user to record in detail all the Insurance related data of the Vehicles.
Various related Tracking Data including Insurance Expiry Date, License Expiry Date, Number of Years since Purchase can be seen/tracked from one location enabling quick decision making.
VEHICLE TRAFFIC VIOLATIONS
This interface allows to record all Traffic Violations pertaining to the Vehicle in a grid layout form.
It also allows not only to track the Violations List by Vehicle or Driver but also enables to update the Payment Status of the Violations as to whether the Penalties have been paid or not.
VEHICLE LOG DETAILS
This interface allows the Users to keep track of the Operational and Running Status of the Vehicles in great detail.
In addition to the Odometer Starting and Ending, it allows us to record Total Kms travelled, Locations Visited, Fuel consumed including the details of the Petrol Station where it refuelled.
The Vehicle Logsheet can be used to track all Vehicles from a single screen on a Weekly Basis.
DRIVERS LOGBOOK
The Drivers Log Book stores the Time In and Time Out Attendance records of the Drivers as well as any other accompanying personnel on the vehicles.
This can be used to tally and prepare Salary/Overtime Reports in conjunction with Payroll System. Additionally, it can also be used to reconcile with the Vehicle Log sheet and build Vehicle Performance or Staff Performance Reports.
VEHICLE SERVICING DETAILS
This interface stores the Vehicle Servicing Details along with its history.
Important details like the Parts being changed, Labour Costs as well as the Next Servicing Date/Parameters can also be recorded.
VEHICLE TYRES ISSUANCE AND HISTORY
Vehicle Tyres are one of the most critical and expensive items that needs to be regularly checked and replaced for safe and efficient running of the vehicle.
This interface allows you to record the Issuance Details of the Tyres for each vehicle including additional details like Front and Rear and Tyre Size.
It also allows you to store the Tyre Issuance History for a particular vehicle which can be used to track Vehicle’s Health and Efficiency Parameters.
